Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility
Items must be:
· Unworn, unused, with tags
· In original packaging
· In resalable condition
We do not accept returns for:
· Opened hygiene or consumable products
· Sale items
· Gift cards
Hygiene & Sealed Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned if unopened and sealed:
· Beauty products
· Intimacy products
· Supplements & vitamins
· Incense and consumables
· Opened items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@nite-nite.com with:
· Your order number
· Reason for return:
1. Too big
2. Too small
3. Doesn’t look like online
4. Changed my mind
5. Other (please specify)
· Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Returns & Fees
· A flat return fee of EUR 5.95 will be deducted from your refund
· Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method
· Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
